Volunteer and Board Opportunities

When a community heals together, it grows stronger together — and volunteers are the catalyst.
At FCRJ, volunteers help bring restorative justice to life, supporting youth, families, and schools in building relationships rooted in empathy, accountability, and connection. FCRJ volunteers play essential roles in strengthening and healing our communities, and when you give your time, you help create spaces where youth feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Restorative justice conferences

  • Restorative Practices Training

  • Positive Youth Development activities

  • Mentoring

  • Community outreach and education

  • Social media and marketing

  • Fundraising and event planning/hosting

  • Research and grant writing

As an FCRJ volunteer, you’ll receive ongoing training, quarterly networking opportunities, and eligibility for in-kind tax receipts for your donated time and services. You won’t just volunteer — you’ll be part of a movement that changes lives.

We want to hear from you.
What skills, talents, interests, and lived experiences do you bring to the table?
