Our Approach: Restoring Harm, Strengthening Communities, Transforming Futures

Full Circle Restorative Justice operates through an integrated, three-program approach that addresses harm, strengthens relationships, and builds lasting community resilience across Colorado’s 11th Judicial District.

Through Youth Diversion, we provide restorative alternatives to the justice system that hold youth accountable while keeping them connected to their future. Our more preventative Restorative Schools program partners with educators to transform school culture, reduce exclusionary discipline, and foster environments of belonging, accountability, and learning. Through Community Services and Outreach, we equip organizations, volunteers, and community members with restorative tools that build trust, shared responsibility, and local leadership.

Together, these programs work to transform these systems to better foster RJ literacy throughout the community, prevent deeper system involvement, repair harm when it occurs, and support young people in realizing their value and full potential.
