Full Circle Restorative Justice will host a Golf Scramble and Fundraiser from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Salida Golf Club, 404 N. Grant St.

The event is an annual fundraiser featuring a dog parade, ice cream social, golf scramble, costume contest and barbecue. All Chaffee County residents are invited.

Proceeds from the event will support Chaffee County’s Full Circle program. The program aims to keep youth out of the “school to prison pipeline,” and according to Full Circle, the program has a 90 percent satisfaction rate among participants.
The event is sponsored by Chaffee County Youth Alliance, Ark-Valley Humane Society, Boathouse Cantina, High Country Bank, Poncha Lumber, Therapy Dogs of Chaffee County, Holiday RV, The Mixing Bowl, Grimo’s Italian Restaurant, Chaffee Tire, Keller Williams Realty, KHEN radio, Gone to the Dogs, Western Mountain Real Estate, Murdoch’s and Knight Security Services.
The Full Circle team can answer any questions about the golf scramble by email at

LaTaille estimates they’ll raise about $7,500 from the event. Money raised will go toward Full Circle’s victim-offender conferences as well as for staff support. The fundraising event featured a golf scramble, dog parade, ice cream social, live music from Bent Roses and more.

Jeff Post and Will Woodell’s net score of 28.6 earned them first place in that category.
